Overall Satisfaction with Bitly
We used only used bitly to shorten URLs with a vanity URL. This was mostly for use on our social platforms.
- It shortens URLs very easily.
- The Chrome extension is very helpful and easy to use.
- It is easy to add a vanity URL although it is something you have to pay extra for.
- It is very expensive for what it does.
- It does not provide much overall value.
- We did not find any positive ROI on bitly and are therefore no longer a customer.

We have now selected Meet Edgar instead, since it does a lot more than just shorten URLs for us and there provides much more value at a much lower price point.
