Overall Satisfaction with Bitly
Our company is somewhat low tech and has to use creative ways to get things done. I use Bitly when asking event attendees to complete an online survey. I can give them the link to the survey in an easy to read and shorter URL so they can type quickly into their phone and complete the event evaluation on their mobile device.
- Makes long, complicated URL's easy to read
- Lowers the room for error when copying a URL
- I can create a brochure with a shorter Bitly link that looks easier to use than a long, complicated URL
- If Bitly could have its own QR code easily created in the same place
- If Bitly links could be customized without having an account created
- Simple tracking without having to pay

- We have seen an increase in event surveys since user Bitly in addition to the QR code
- There are less technical issues when users are trying to use the Bitly URL
- Can't beat free and when we have the budget would upgrade as the costs for benefits is worth it
