Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

I use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT every day. It is our database for fundraising. It is a robust database that I enjoy using and find helpful. I can easily find a Donor, export their record to Excel and analyze it for my visits. The database records my visits and all the small details that help to remember any communication with the Donor. My team can look at what I recorded and see the next steps if they share the Donor. Our financial department records all donations and RE makes it easy to see each and every donation.

  • Would love to see graphs of how I am doing

  • Opportunity for multiple addresses/phone #'s, emails
  • When you are contemplating a visit - you can easily see where a Donor has been and be challenged to bring in a higher gift.
  • I love that you can look for Donors by area - so much easier to make your visits
  • Our Foundation is growing by leaps and bounds and having Raiser's Edge makes a difference
One of the best uses of my time is to make multiple visits in one time period. I can look up our Donors by State, City and even use a map. It makes it very simple to call all the Donors in the area I am going to visit. The financials are easy to understand.
  • No Training
I have used many other databases - none compare to Raiser's Edge. Many of the other systems have some features RE has but not all of them. Raiser's Edge has the ability to connect with your Donor, see their wealth screening, past donations and every detail imaginable about who they are, related to, and work with.

Yes

Raiser's Edge is the BEST database for fundraising - all the features necessary are there. I have used many different platforms and RE is the easiest and most in-depth database for the non-profit world. I especially like the opportunity to add notes to each action. You can put your activity on your visit, follow up, and thank you all in one action.
