Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We are using Braze as our CRM platform. We automatize our 2 businesses, the education and the insurance. We try to automatize as much as possible. Therefore we need to create adhoc campaign. Our product teams permits us to deliver good messages at the good moments. For example, we can deliver contracts, bookings and reach our customers in various moments.

Pros

  • Messages in 360 - Lot of canals works together in canvas.
  • Drag & drop editor is easy and powerful
  • The power engine permit to see changes instantanely

Cons

  • Change users datas for testing
  • Only update datas for customers does exist in manually import
  • Log for non existing users
  • increasing conversions
  • Improve engagement
  • Affine target for acquisition
  • Reduce churn in lessons
I give a 7 because overall it's OK. But for a beginner it's not easy. But it's not easy in a good way, it's because we can be more creative with more functions. So for people who already know CRM it's a good tool. Therefore the help pages were very useful.
Braze is very helpful daily. With Braze we can target specific segmentation of users with lots of canals. It's very convenient to get such channels like email, push, in-app in the same tool!The data we built, let us organize complex canvas to make more efficient the journey for a customer.Once we automatize the journeys, Braze permit us to reach revenues and work on others duties.
In other CRM I experienced, no one was as powerful than Braze. The liquid language can be complex without bug. We can make great orchestrations. A strong point are the multi-canals! Even if we don't use SMS, others canals are very useful. But some points like datas are still a bit complex, especially for testing

Good scenarios :
communications with 360 canals in a same canvas.
Personnalizations is very powerfull.
control group and A/B test work well
Random bucket is usefull
webhook can solve lot of cases

To improve :
Send with waves more personnalize
Send In-App-Message in the same canvas than emails without optins
Copy drag&drop message in other canva
