Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze as our primary ESP. The platform allows us to quickly build and send dynamic, personalized, and targeted communications across multiple digital channels in a very simple, user-friendly platform.

Pros

  • Intuitive interface
  • Excellent client support

Cons

  • When building canvases, the actually journey flow can be really hard to follow, particularly on a small laptop screen. I wish there was a simpler/cleaner way to see a complex journey
  • Better member experiences because we can utilize our customer data for better segmentation and build more customer-centric journeys
I love the platform. It's so intuitive and easy to navigate. Other platforms are either unnecessarily complicated/confusing or so simplistic that they can't offer much.
Integrating multiple channels into our journeys has saved us time and energy on the team -- in the past we would have either had to set these up as individual, one-time campaigns or skip the channel entirely and miss out on revenue opportunity.

Braze is FAR more user-friendly than Salesforce, so I personally prefer it. It's intuitive and quite easy to teach yourself. Thus, I'd recommend it to others.

However, it doesn't have as many capabilities as Salesforce so I can imagine large organizations may be hesitant to make the transition.
