Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We use Braze as our primary ESP. The platform allows us to quickly build and send dynamic, personalized, and targeted communications across multiple digital channels in a very simple, user-friendly platform.
Pros
- Intuitive interface
- Excellent client support
Cons
- When building canvases, the actually journey flow can be really hard to follow, particularly on a small laptop screen. I wish there was a simpler/cleaner way to see a complex journey
- Better member experiences because we can utilize our customer data for better segmentation and build more customer-centric journeys
Integrating multiple channels into our journeys has saved us time and energy on the team -- in the past we would have either had to set these up as individual, one-time campaigns or skip the channel entirely and miss out on revenue opportunity.
