Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We are a football club and use Braze to engage with fans, members, partners and media.
We use it to let them know when games are on, sell memberships, sell tickets, sell merchandise, share partner offers.
We use it to send media releases, VNR, etc ..

Pros
- simplicity in use
- editing and formatting
- exporting lists
- connecting with Facebook
Cons
- We don't use the media library much, we tend to upload new items all the time as the search and library is clunky - this could be because we don't spend time on it or save items properly.
- When our office wifi is busy I often lose work because Braze has a meltdown when I try and save.
- more efficient communication to members and fans
- one platform for many people so there's less confusion internally
I haven't done any of this yet, but definitely want to
- Mailchimp Transactional Email (mandrill) and Salesforce CMS
