Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze for all marketing needs, from retention to new user acquisition, customer journey, and retention. While our channels are limited to email and WhatsApp, the main problem Braze solves with other tools is the ease of content updating due to a robust catalogue system. While other CRM tools lack features like heat maps, Braze has it all.

Pros

  • Catalogue content updation.
  • Analysis of campaign with heatmap etc.
  • Fast segment creation.

Cons

  • Some things we can't really open in new tab.
  • Duplicating tab doesn't works.
  • Search feature is very bad.
  • Improved retention.
  • Less churn.
  • Reduced cost per campaign.
I gave it a six because of its vastness. It requires pre-knowledge of handling a CRM, and even that won't be enough to leave you questioning. But when you are familiar with Braze, no other tool will feel like it. It is fast, easy to use, and optimized.
I am not really sure about this.
Braze has many features that these tools don't, like a heatmap, a catalogue, the ability to create tons of attributes, and easy-to-use template features.

It is well suited for companies that have larger campaigns and a predefined template for most of their emails, companies where consumer journeys are a huge thing. It is less appropriate for companies that are small in size due to its sheer cost and the implementation tech required.
