Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We are a marketing and events company – we use Braze to communicate announcements, offers and general touring news with our database of over a million. One of the most important offerings that Braze has is advanced segmentation and the ability to automate our campaigns. This is highly important in audience retention and ensuring we are only reaching customers with information that is of interest to them.

- A better product that costs less than other platforms (Mailchimp, Audience Republic)
- Engagement has risen with automation options
To be honest, other than segmentation and automation, Braze doesn't offer much more than other similar platforms – but these two factors alone were the convincing factor that made me choose to move to Braze. It works significantly well for companies that have a very large and broad interest database, but for smaller companies it may not be worth the hassle and complication.
Braze offers a better service for the type of needs my company has. I was skeptical as it is also a lot cheaper than the other platforms that I have used in the past – but have not found any issues or hindrances to my work. Overall, our ROI is much, much higher using Braze.
