Overall Satisfaction with Braze

At my company, we are using Braze to create personalized and timely messages for our customers. We needed a platform that was built for app-based products and Braze proved we could up our customer marketing game.

Integrations are always challenging, but the Braze team did what they could to help ease the process. Ultimately, the difficulty of the integration was our job to solve to the best of our ability and the Braze team provided helpful consultation and advice.
Thanks to using Braze our organization was able to track important metrics that we did not have easy access to before. The real time streaming data has been so helpful in reducing the amount of work we need from our internal data engineering team. By reducing the load on our data engineering team we were able to get high impact data projects prioritized and find new win-wins for both our teams.

Braze gave us the ability to message customers based on the actions the customers have taken in our app. With this knowledge, our team can serve up relevant marketing messages to customers with ease. Prior to using Braze, our team ran the risk that our marketing messages would be sent to a customer after the customer had already taken the action we were promoting.
