Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze to send trigger-based and promotional communications to customers via email, push notifications, content cards, and in-app channels. Braze enables us to orchestrate multiple communication channels within a single platform and conduct multichannel hypothesis testing.

Braze is quite user-friendly. However, there are always opportunities to make it even more convenient for users.
We haven't utilized Braze's AI capabilities yet, but we plan to test them this year.
After transitioning to Braze, we gained the ability to launch both triggered and manual email campaigns from a single platform, accommodating large audiences and a high volume of campaigns and triggers. Additionally, we consolidated multiple communication channels within one platform.
