Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze to manage our CRM communications and do A/B Testing

Pros

  • Easy to create segments
  • Easy to set up customized flows
  • User Friendly

Cons

  • Ability to only move forward if previous message was received (canvas flow)
  • Better engagement reporting
  • Time saved in launching campaigns
I have used other tools before and Braze is the most user friendly. The ability to create custom attributes easily for example is a big plus. Having platform drag and drop options/templates but also having the felxibility to create them.
We dont use these features
It was more complicated on Salesforce to create personalized and customized campaigns. Braze is a platform that has it all.
