App-first and user friendly
Overall Satisfaction with Braze
Personalisation at scale. Allows true personalisation without the need for complex engineering or development support of which we can sometimes be quite limited in capacity. Puts ownership on campaign executors to find solutions themselves. Centralised platform for in product and external (email push sms) messaging to help optimise when and where we reach our customers.
Pros
- Multi-channel harmonisation
- App connectivity
- Bespoke solutions to all CRM issues
Cons
- Reporting can be limited
- Better data lexicon infrastructure
- Calendar month triggering requirements
- Personalisation of communications
- Improved CRM purchase attribution
- Reduced churn rates for subscribed users
Braze Intelligent Timing serves to take the guesswork and need for, often tedious, manual testing of sends times. Instead, it will automatically send campaigns to customers at the time that makes them most likely to convert.
Similarly, Intelligent Churn serves to allow small teams with the ability to have their own predictive churn model without the need to build out the complexity of it themselves.
Braze is by far the most user friendly tool. The frequency and usability of the super regular product releases they roll out really sets them apart in a stale marketplace historically dominated by Salesforce, Adobe and other big players. They think App first - critical in the modern era of customer marketing.
