Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We use Braze for in app communication through dynamic and personalized in app messages, push notifications, and now content cards with feeds in multiple places. We love the dynamic timing of when to send a message and also the audience refinements. This plus the ability to A/B test messaging makes Braze our go to communication hub.

We have not used their AI features, though we have used their A/B testing to test different communication. Within there, it uses machine learning to analyze which communication is performing best and then sends more communication to that variant.
Userback does not have mobile SDKs and Instabug cannot do property level filtering for events. So both of these are limited in getting the right message to our users at the right time. In addition to this, Braze allows us to filter by audience properties, so we can reach out to just the right people.
