Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze for customer journey orchestration. While we are just at the start of getting Braze up and running, we will be using the platform to ensure that the right audiences receive the right messages, send email confirmations, and preference management. We have multiple customer segments that will be served using Braze.

There is a lot of drag and drop functionality within the Braze user interface that is easy to use. The training is very detailed and easy to follow, which enhances the usability. Some of the terms can be a little hard to remember (such as canvas and campaign) and distinguish.
We are still in the implementation phase with Braze, so we haven't yet had the opportunity to see how the Braze features such as cross-channel functionality, data integration, real-time streaming data, journey orchestration, segmentation, or analytics will have on our organization, but we predict there will be great impact.
Braze is much more user friendly and doesn't require coding to build journeys.

Yes

Braze is especially useful for segmenting messages across user groups, as well as providing testing within messages and applying the winning variant in different ways. Braze is not the tool we will use to do full A/B testing across our different websites, as there are other tools better suited for that.
