Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We will be implementing Braze in the coming months. Earlier, we used SMC, which is now outdated and not perfect in today's time. We are a very big business and depend a lot on our email list which we will be using.

- Easy to use even for the naysayers
Cons
- Pricing - Pricing needs to be looked at. Braze is very good, but the price seems to be very high.
- Training Costs - Braze offers good training, but the certification costs are very high. Need to look at that.
- Promotion - Braze is an exceptional platform, but you do not seem to market it that well. I haven't seen a single ad till now.
- Braze is currently in the implementation process in our company
- Many of my colleagues find it very exciting
- Easy to use and value for money
As said, Braze is still in the implementation process. As per the initial feedback from my colleagues, Braze is indeed the best in the Market when it comes to Customer Engagement Platform.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud is very expensive, and its UI is not as easy to understand as compared to Braze. Braze's UI/UX is very eye-catching and easy to navigate through with plenty of helpful materials available.
