Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze as an ESP provider. it helps us segment and target specific audiences for our daily promotional email sends as well as house all of our customer attributes

Pros

  • geo fencing
  • segmentation
  • data organization
that data is well organized and creating journeys and adhoc emails was very simple to learn
it made our segmentation so easy and the was the customers and there segmentation were stored made life so much easier
blows Salesforce out of the water way more user friendly and much easier to learn

it is a great all in one product that houses your data in an easy to access way as well as having a lot of great marketing features to help us segment and reach our customers
