Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice as our VOIP phone system due to multiple offices and the need for our people to pick up and work from home. Their service and support have been a critical part of our success during the past couple of trying years.
Pros
- Customer support when company name changes and training of new personnel.
- Broadvoice system naturally manages out 11 lines.
- We were at first leery of VOIP but Broadvoice product and support has made their service a great tool in our offices.
Cons
- This is not so much a Broadvoice issue but VOIP as the phone systems do not allow updating for as long as old PBX systems did.
- In these trying times, a more timely service ticket process would be helpful.
- Customer service.
- Technical Support.
- No down time.
- Being able to carry our phone system home to work from a home office has made our investment in people priceless.
