Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice to manage all our internal and external calls. We needed an affordable communications solution and Broadvoice was a fit for us.
Pros
- Ease of directing/routing calls
- Configuration of auto-attendant is easy
- Addresses any system issues in a timely manner
Cons
- Phone programming not so easy or seems redundant at times
- Intermittent quirks such as call forwarding.
- Reliability
- Buttons easily programmed
- Easy to setup system messages for days business is closed
- Reduced our telecommunication monthly fees
- Phones are durable
- When there is a phone issue, Broadvoice sends a new one pre-programmed quickly
