Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use the phone system. The ability to direct calls appropriately and quickly makes our life easier.
- Access via App is great.
- Ease of call-forwarding to cell phones is helpful.
- Email access to voicemails.
- Easier access to training tools as a resource for new employees.
- Ability to forward calls to personal cell phone.
- Ability to send and receive text messages on personal phone that reference work phone.
- Ability to access voicemails remotely.
- Our old phone system was terrible so just that fact that people can get through on a call is a plus.
- I have no hard data to support this but I would assume that if people can reach a live person they are generally happier in their interaction with a company/organization.
