Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice B-hive to communicate with clients and prospects through the Servicing & Intake Department respectively. Actually, the issues were related to a configuration matter more than to the platform itself, such as line configuration, voicemail, and specific functions for every extension. The scope of our use case is customer service and sales.
  • Calls on Hold, it is very useful when we need to verify client's information
  • It shows where the calls come from and the option selected by the clients
  • The record of the calls is well organized
  • The voicemails section is very detailed
  • When we have two phone calls at once, we would like to take back a call where it was left off, without that call being kept on mute.
  • The delay. Sometimes we see an Inbound call displayed on the screen, but it rings a few seconds later.
  • It would be nice if we see the calls placed one next to another and not below.
  • Handling all functions needed for our main line

  • I don't have access to that specific information, but I can tell it has worked well for the company, improving their communication with the clients and other companies in the same industry as well

I selected Broadvoice because it has many useful and complete features, is well organized, and, more importantly, doesn't act up often. So I think it is more stable and we can rely on them to support our operations.

When we have several calls at once, it is nice to have the option to let some of them on hold. We gain time to manage all calls without losing any and let clients know that we are getting back to them shortly.
