Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Broadvoice provided the flexibility to allow our agency access to our phone system outside of the office, this was especially useful during COVID when we were displaced from our office setting. Beehive was easy to use and provided the solution that our agency needed to quickly make the changes needed to continue to provide services to those we serve during COVID shutdown. As one of our agencies moved from this location they chose to continue using Broadvoice at the new location. The numbers were easily ported without issue and interruption.
  • Quotes and requests for service are responded to in a prompt timeframe allowing for prompt response to issues.
  • Online interface allows our agency to updated phones and make changes with ease.
  • Providing an included direct line with each phone as opposed to charging per line is a perk to larger businesses.

  • For a less than average monthly fee we are able to provide phones for three agencies within one setting.
We utilized another VOIP service (not listed above) and our service was constantly interrupted due to issues with internet stability. Broadvoice has provided uninterrupted service regardless of the stability of our internet provider.

Broadvoice provides an ease of use that is beyond compare! Broadvoice allows phones to be portable, programmable and accessible by mobile app. This was more than useful when our agency was forced to shut down during COVID. As a provider of human services, it was imperative that we continued services without interruption; with Beehive we were to take our means of communication with us and continue services.
