Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice for IP phone service and fax services (yes we still have clients that fax). Broadvoice has been very helpful with both set up and any issues or questions over the last 3 years we have used them. They also are very good at following up with the client to make sure everything was resolved. Previous IP Com company was not competitive in pricing or services.
