Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
This service has so far been wonderful. It is seamless in phone calls, faxes and easy for all associates to use. No more delayed calls, no more dropped calls and very easy to look on the computer and get names and numbers for all calls coming into our store. The headset that goes with the phones are comfortable and are very easy to use, so I can be anywhere in the store and easily answer calls.
