Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
This is our internal UCaaS solution, There are desk phones in the office, my remote staff uses the desktop app, we all use the cell phone app. We accept phone, text, fax all to the same number. We have staff that sends and receives text from the computer dashboard and neve gives out there cell phone number. This also allows staff to use personal cell phones without ever exposing their personal cell number.
- Cell phone app. no issues.
- Desktop app. Full soft phone.
- SMS from the cell phone app, desktop app.
- We consider the call center tools "Call Center Lite" it is not very robust.
- Text integration on the b-hive phone app need attention.
- Call forwarding at the desk phone level when on DND is inconsistent.
- UCaaS, everything from a single number
- BHive Mobile App. Could not live without it.
- Flexible AA with Business hour support.
- Single mobile phone with multiple services/numbers DID
- Flexible work from home
- Softphone on desk eliminates need for a desk instrument
N2P, 8x8, would not allow me to manage, had to go to support
Vonage is a good basic system and has some cool small office features.
Ring is the closest apples to apples and has some feature over Broadvoice
Avaya is in financial trouble and is now just private label Ring Central.
IP Phone is very basic and cheap.
GOTO is now a true competitor to Broadvoice and Ring
