Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Full spectrum service with Broadvoice. It addresses all our internal sales and management needs with an online/cloud console and Mobile App. We are very pleased with the functionality and ease of use.

  • Ease of Voicemail and Transfers
  • Easy to Manage the Sales Teams call volumes
  • Very pleased and like it all

Cons

  • None
  • Work/Office phone available anytime/anywhere
  • Much cheaper than other services I've had in the past
