Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice to control our phones for two of our properties with plans to expand the phone system to all properties and implement the call system. They have queue calling and a mobile app that allows our team members to give their Broadvoice number instead of their personal cell phone numbers.
Pros
- Uptime
- Connecting Property phone extensions across sites
Cons
- Mobile App is good, chat feature needs improvement to be better
- Rollout Team consists of two people which can cause a lag in response times.
- We no longer have missed calls that we can't call back.
- Voicemail to email has been amazing, seems simple enough but you miss it when you don't have it.
- Only negative our user base fluctuates but contract locks us in based on users.
Can't compare Avaya to Broadvoice as the environment in which they were used are completely different.
