We make a software live chat bot that our clients use for their websites, and in turn, our product is used by many different users located worldwide.
We wanted to test our application for every browser so that it is easy to use for everyone in the world

Pros
- Iphone testing can be done easily on all versions
- edge and internet explorer testing can be done
- Other browsers like opera mini and BB which are not readily available , can be accessed in BrowserStack
Cons
- On internet explorer, the browserstack hangs at times and is bit slow
- If I need to test my camera and microphone behaviour for different browsers, that is not possible currently
- UI for BrowserStack can be made simpler
- Wide range of availability for browsers
- Browser is easily inspectable
- Local testing is best
