Overall Satisfaction with Buffer

We used Buffer to schedule social posts on Twitter and Facebook. It allowed us to forward plan content for out of office working hours, specific company announcements and other key calendar moments.
  • Multi user.
  • Calendar scheduling.
  • Preview.
  • Toggle between FB and Twitter can be confusing.
  • Drag and drop scheduling would be useful.
  • Could be more in tune with FB algorithm, making suggested posting times, etc.
  • No doubling up of posts.
  • No need to hire extra social managers as editorial team were empowered.
  • Strengthens brand with consistent scheduling.
Buffer has a clear, easy to use interface and a reliable scheduling calendar.

It’s easy to use and navigate, and it’s clear interface means you can see what is lined up up to publish. It rarely had any glitches that meant this didn’t go live as planned.
I never needed it
When we had freelancers working it was great that it was so easy to use and they could pick up where the team left off.

It was great we could access it on our phones.
