Overall Satisfaction with Buffer

Finding a good, affordable way to schedule social media content was challenging. I now use it to Schedule posts and reels.

Pros

  • Scheduling

  • AI generated captions.

Cons

  • I find scheduling with time zones a bit difficult because it’s sometimes GMT and others EST.
  • It's all positive. The fact that posts can now be effective and on time for English and French materials has made people happy.
It is extremely easy to use; anyone can use it, except if they get confused by the time zone issue.
Buffer is way more user-friendly and gets straight to what I need to do. There is no frilly extra stuff—it's straight to the point. Buffer incorporates all the parts of the apps as well.
