Overall Satisfaction with Buffer

I use Buffer when scheduling social media posts and analyzing data. Buffer makes it easy to schedule multiple posts all at once and for future posts scheduling. It’s a time saver and gives me the opportunity to adjust posts in accordance to trends and AB testing results. Buffer allows me to adjust photos to fit all platforms and generate reports as often as needed.

Cons

  • I would like to see more platform options and bridge capabilities
  • I would like to see a build in SEO optimization tool
  • I would like for the free version to offer more for those just starting out with the service
  • It saves time and offers peace of mind when perfecting branding initiatives
  • It can be a little expensive especially when Meta offers a free option for posting but Buffer is well worth the price. Giving more advanced reporting tools.

Easy to learn and use. Even with no formal knowledge, navigating the service is simple. They offer tutorials and great customer support for those learning how to use the service. Simply create your copy add your graphic and adjust as needed. Finally, pick when you want to send your post. Very simple
Buffer is comparable to those mentioned. Not as great as Hootsuite and Meltwater, but it holds its own and gets the job done. Buffer comes off more like the budget friendly option and lacks some of the overall bells and whistles Hootsuite and Meltwater offers. Buffer is really good and gives small businesses on limited budgets a chance to compete.

Buffer is best when time is a factor when it comes to scheduling posts. It allows you to plan ahead. I don’t know when it’s ever less appropriate especially when you work for a company. It offers reports and ensures a clean posting plan. You can use photos and tag clients. Buffer is a great tool for business owners.
