Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn ATS & CRM

This is currently being used by our Hiring team and managers to coordinate within our hiring process. One of the things Bullhorn is great at is making collaboration between different teams involved in the hiring process really easy. It lets you sort your recruitment efforts through jobs, candidates, contacts etc really easily and create lists out of them. It also lets our teams stay more organized with our hiring with useful built in tools. It is also pretty good at keeping your postings updated automatically which saves your team a bunch of time. Lastly, mass emailing is built in so you don't have to get a secondary tool to do that.

Pros

  • I really like the interface, it's easy to learn and easy to navigate. Even people on my team who only use this occasionally have no trouble navigating through the interface. It is really intuitive.
  • The automation features are really good. A lot of little tasks that you would normally end up manually doing can be automated. All of them put together can save you and your team a decent bit of time.
  • Good integrations with both Outlook and Gmail. Really useful.
  • Excellent reporting features. You can even export them for internal usage.

Cons

  • It is not so great on mobile devices. Feels clunky, slow and not quite as fluid as the desktop version. So if you plan on using this on the go then I would think twice.
  • It has saved me and my team a lot of time by automating a lot of the smaller stuff.
  • The inbuilt analytics are very useful in trying to figure out what works and what doesn't.
  • Sending out email using this has significantly improved our candidate outreach.
We liked Bullhorns interface more than JobDiva's. JobDiva felt a lot more complicated to work around. The pricing was also a deciding factor, JobDiva tends to be on the expensive side.
Support has been fairly reliable for us. Easy to contact and they understand your issue quite quickly. They are pretty helpful as well. The turnaround time to fix our issues was a little slow but still acceptable. I also liked that (unlike a lot of other companies) they don't make you jump through a lot of hoops to get hold of a live person.

It is great for teams doing a decently large amount of hiring. It is also really good if you want to involve non HR people into your hiring process. The reporting and analytics are very useful. I don't think I could recommend this if your hiring volume is low or if you hire occasionally. There are ATS that are better suited (both in price and features) towards that requirement.
