Overall Satisfaction with Calendly
Calendly is used daily in all departments internally and externally with our B to B and B to C interactions. It helps us to easily and effortlessly schedule meetings, trainings, etc. between management and staff both individually and collectively. In the area of training, it is quite effective to use Calendly in a round-robin style to schedule with people during their availability. However, I find it most useful when I’m dealing with clients whether directly over the phone, text, or email or indirectly through social media, landing pages, and/or email. It solves the problem of managing the types and number of appointments so I can focus on spending time profitably. It goes without saying that it is the most convenient way of scheduling. It also is very efficient at sending reminders giving people an opportunity to reschedule if life happens or save you from time wasters that aren’t serious yet.
- Allows for multiple appointment types to help us show our clients we have multiple services.
- Can qualify the prospect (appoint maker) with questions to narrow down the meeting focus or qualify the prospect.
- I think it would be great to have sub-appointment types. Often times it’s too confusing to put every single appointment type out there and having categories that get more specific that are dynamic and change according to what the appointment setter chooses. For example, if someone was scheduling a health insurance appointment instead of having appointments for Medicare, Group, individual, dental, critical illness, etc. They could select Healthcare, then see option of Medicare, Individual, or Group and so one from there.
- I would also like it to have a feature that doesn’t show all your availability at one time and does random increments. We never want to look too available. It would be cool to show 3-4 times spread out for one person then show different times for another. Additionally, it doesn’t allow the person to have a choice when you have Zoom integrated. So often there can be confusion in knowing if they are logging in or expecting a call or calling us.
- Streamline our scheduling saving time and money.
- Makes us look more professional.
Although Acuity offers a cheaper solution when you are using teams and has the ability to add pictures to appointments with a nice interface. It pales in comparison to Calendly when integrating calendars, especially multiple calendar integrations.
Calendly’s interface is easy to use and simple to set-up. It seems to have a lot more features including text reminders and functions well with actually getting appointments to show up on your calendar.
