Overall Satisfaction with Canto

We use Canto to securely store and organize digital assets. The marketing department is the primary users, but we do provide consumer access to Canto across our entire organization. Canto solves the issue of customized sharing with internal and external audiences.

  • 3rd party integration apps.
We started using the two month trial and liked what we got out of it. Canto also seemed more eager to have us as a customer and was more willing to put in effort up front to take us through demos than the alternatives.
We had a difficult time transferring meta data from another system used by our previous parent company. We ended up having to do our meta data entry manually and this took a lot of time and effort.
Canto has a very easy to use interface. There's always room for improvement.

I think it's a great fit for small/med size businesses who want to manage and organize their marketing assets in a secure location. I love being able to share a link for download rather than email or use wetransfer. It's also a great tool that can be shared with outside sales reps, dealers and such so that they have access to what they need and nothing else. It's less appropriate for people searching for a platform to also help with project management or asset reviews.
