Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto is used by almost every member of our company to share and deliver content efficiently and in an organized manner. It allows us to collaborate and provide interested parties with the most up to date digital content with ease. All of the users have the ability to give us feedback as to what they need for their marketing efforts and Canto delivers in an instant.

Canto outshines and outperforms both of these products as it allows us to deliver products by customizing our deliveries. Canto gives us the flexibility to deliver files from their native format and if needed can convert to other popular formats(tiff, jpeg, png) as well as the ability to crop and choose the size that we want the files to be delivered in.
Any time we have encountered any issue we have been able to quickly get in contact with a support team member and resolve it.
They have also provided us with suggestions through email and have always kept us up to date with new features and accessibilities. Overall their support has allowed us to be able to resolve some major issues that otherwise would have caused more loss of time.
Most of our clients have come back to us telling us that they were able to download and utilize our content easily. If our customers are happy then so are we. It gets better for us internally as well as we are able to communicate with one another about our new photos and videos without having to send pieces out individually.

Canto has been extremely helpful during this COV-19 pandemic as it has continued to allow for digital content data management and delivery. As a main admin and user, I produce photo and video needs for our team and clients to streamline their marketing efforts. Canto outshines most cloud-based services with the additional security that we need. Although most users are fine with downloading files there will be the occasional small based companies that do not have the ability to download large-format files which would result in finding other means to deliver their content.
