Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CaptivateIQ in our Sales department to provide our commission statements and approvals. I do not know if other departments are using it, or how they might be using it.

Pros

  • Easy to read
  • Well laid out
  • Chain of approvals

Cons

  • Non that I have found so far
  • We have only been using CaptivateIQ for about 1 quarter
  • Easy to use
  • Well laid out and easy to understand what your getting paid on
  • Approval chain
  • Not in my preview
Not in my Preview. I only know we used Excel spreadsheets prior to using CaptivateIQ at our company.

Do you think CaptivateIQ delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with CaptivateIQ's feature set?

Yes

Did CaptivateIQ live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of CaptivateIQ go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy CaptivateIQ again?

Yes

Replacing Excel Spreadsheet reports. If your sales managers use an Excel spreadsheet to provide you with a commission breakdown, you will really appreciate the change. CaptivateIQ is well laid out and much easier to read, approve and submit. If you don't agree with your commissions as stated, you have the ability to submit inquiries. Using an Excel Spreadsheet, they're nowhere near as easy to work with as a manager or employee, when it comes to making changes.
