Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
I utilize CaptivateIQ for my monthly and quarterly quota commissions. It is utilized across the sales organization for Account Managers, Account Development Reps, and Account Executives.
Pros
- It is great providing line items of each comission
- Great calculator to estimate your commission based on a deal
- Very easy interface to navigate for a great user experience
Cons
- I'd like to be notified easier of any updates to my account
- I'd like the tax breakdown of my proceeds clearer to understand
- Understanding each line item of my monthly comission
- The commission calculator
- Seeing the total amount I will be compensated after taxes
- I think it helps motivate our team to keep working hard to achieve quota.
This is my first sales job so I do not have any other products to compare to CaptivateIQ.
