I utilize CaptivateIQ for my monthly and quarterly quota commissions. It is utilized across the sales organization for Account Managers, Account Development Reps, and Account Executives.

Pros and Cons

It is great providing line items of each comission
Great calculator to estimate your commission based on a deal
Very easy interface to navigate for a great user experience

I'd like to be notified easier of any updates to my account
I'd like the tax breakdown of my proceeds clearer to understand

This is my first sales job so I do not have any other products to compare to CaptivateIQ.

CaptivateIQ is great for reps to see their monthly and quarterly quota and to see a line item of each to check the accuracy. It is so easy to log in and access any part of the website I need. I would think it would be less appropriate if you only had a quota based on # of X booked and there was a steady pay structure for each #. This is way better suited for more intricate commission structures.

It's a great way to quickly see my monthly and quarterly commission!
