We use CaptivateIQ for sales comp and commisions and it makes the understanding of how payouts are made, super simple. The clarity and autonomy we get on how we handle our finances within the application is super efficient. I would highly recommend the use of CaptivateIQ for all sales organizations to use because of how simple and transparent it is for their sales reps.

Before CaptivateIQ, our work utilized another program to pay us our bonuses. We did not see the breakdown of where our commission. Now I can. If I notice something does not look right in my commission, I can report it to my higher-ups and adjust it. I never could do so before CaptiavteIQ. They make it so easy for me to see which of our clients are most profitable and earn more in monthly commission to the following month. I am glad our company switched it to CaptivateIQ! Any business would love to use CaptivateIQ to pay out bonuses, incentives, etc. I always get so excited when I see my Captivate email come through! I click on the link and log in to the portal. I review my payout and approve it. Very easy!
