Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

It's being used for commission tracking, which is great because we were never shown exact calculations before CaptivateIQ. It's amazing to see the different progress I've made over the months, especially within a monthly quota/commission. I love it the transparency of CaptivateIQ and the fact that it has many other tools for my company to take advantage of.

I've solely used Microsoft Excel to track my own commission, hoping that my manager follows through with what I've made. Salesforce dashboards don't always match what i've done that month so it's a little bit annoying to see a lesser amount than expected in my paychecks, expesically with commission being taxed so much.

With several friends in Sales, it's definitely more than convenient throughout every company to have CaptivateIQ, especially for the growing demand for transparency within work places and environments. It is imperative to have a system such as this one to relay clear and concise tracking of progress/what you are making for the work that you're doing.
