Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is being used across the entire sales organization. It replaced manual systems and has significantly reduced the amount of time it takes to calculate and publish our commissions. In addition, it has significantly reduced errors. User satisfaction is way up as are commendations for how well the system works and the accuracy of the data presented. The sales team loves it.

  • The user interface could be improved so that it could be tailored to a company's brand
  • I cannot think of another feature that could be improved

  • Reduced errors considerably
  • Reduced the time to calculate commissions
  • Improved visibility for all team members
They are similar but CaptivateIQ does as much as Xactly for a lower price point and is much easier to configure.

CaptivateIQ is well suited for small to large sales teams that are looking to automate their commission calculation process. In addition, it is well suited for teams that report and pay commissions monthly where you want to have an audit trial of each rep (and their manager) approving commissions before they are paid.
