It shows you your goal attainment, why the payout was it was, and a historical breakdown of the quarter. fracttal.com looks professional and gives me confidence that my commissions are getting calculated correctly. I really like it

It is suitable for the entire sales area and also for the customer success area as it helps us to have control of our work. for other areas I do not see it as functional but it is because I have not seen the scope that may have. it would be a matter of trying to implement it
