Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
It manages our monthly commissions pay out. Only in our Sales organization. Accurately show itemized and easily consumable data of how much commission we are being paid out.
- Itemized deals with amounts and commission payouts
- Easy to navigate
- All the information you need is at your fingertips
- There is nothing I can think of at the moment
- Ease of use
- Transparency of what is being paid out (used to be a bit of a shot in the dark of what it was going to be)
- I am pretty low on the totem pole for this question but I think it has saved a lot of time answering questions about commissions because it is so easily spelled out.
I don't even remember the name of the company but it is night and day difference in the ability to see line by line what I am being paid on.
