Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Using to review, keep track, and potentially raise inquiries about the commissions I get through my role. It's a great and easy way to stay on top of numbers and payouts, extremely easy to use, and refer back to the numbers as and when needed. Also seems safe to use being integrated in the SSO.

  • Would be helpful to see the amounts in the main currencies (EUR/GBP) not only USD
  • Pulling Salesforce data into CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ can be used in any business that has complex commission plans and (at least in our case, not sure how it works for other CRMs) use Salesforce as part of their tech stack. CaptivateIQ can easily export the data so this saves a lot of time but is also extremely valuable from a Sales point of view, to have all this information broken down and at hand.
