Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
CaptivateIQ is a user-friendly commission calculation (in the cloud) software. Commission calculations are getting complex and whenever I needed to go into the commission spreadsheet, it would be slow and sometimes crashed. Now I get the commission information from CaptivateIQ and it has been pretty easy. Also, not having to send commission statements out to the salespeople has saved a lot of time. We also use CaptivateIQ for ASC 606 new standard and it has been working so far. This has been a huge help since the ASC 606 Excel workbooks were extremely manual and would often crash.
