We are using Catchpoint mostly to measure the performance of our web applications and endpoints to ensure the optimum performance with a lesser downtime, i am mostly working on the Administrative side, like to give access, to create divisions and add teams on it, to create service accounts so that our application team can create their workspaces to run their tests to monitor the nodes of their application for resolving the issues in no time with the proper RCA. The best thing of having the Catchpoint in our organization is, they are providing the real time monitoring of the web application like load times and API responses time along with the alerting mechanism that help you keep notified in case of any performance degradation. This helps us to maintain our web application, improve the user experience with all efficiency.

Catchpoint is really user friendly tool, their navigation are super easy to interact and learn, it mostly takes a week to get me a proper hands on of the application for navigation and all, their UI is super clean
