Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use CEIPAL ATS to source candidates. We have integrated it with our internal database and external job boards. it also helps me to keep a track of my data, performance. It is very user friendly, took me about a day only to get used to it. Its features like integrating it with different softwares is also very helpful

Yes, Ceipal ATS is been very helpful recently. It's AI is very helping out now showing more relevant profiles which helps us not to fill the positions but we get return on investment. Overall i would say it's quality has been improved a lot recently. our organisation is highly satisfied with it.

Ease of Integration

We have integrated different job boards with Ceipal ATS, Job boards like, monster, dice, career builder but not limited to it. We have integrated it with our website, with our emails, with soft phones like Vonage. It's integrated feature is very helping us out in various ways to get the ROI

Usability

It's interface is highly user friendly. To my experience it doesn't take more than a day to understand how it works and what feature we have in it. It's interface is easily readable. because of this it saves a lot of time to go throught the status of the candidates but not limited to it only.

as i am just a professional recruiter, only few things i have noticed. The interface is very user friendly, easy to use, integrated search is very much helpful, doing activities very easy. It helps professional like me to keep a track of the profiles. Migrating resume is also one of the good features it alows users to migrate 10 resume at a time

if a candidates is placed in the past, and in future we come across with the same profile it gives a tag there it is placed already, notes you can check without opening the profile. checking the status without opening the profile, whether he is in interview process or offer process. It's UI is great

250 - Everyone uses it as per their professional roles. As per my role I am using it to do sourcing and keep a track of performance and track the candidates status. Apart from that I am currently using it for Job posting as it is integrated with different job boards and our organistions career page

Support Headcount Required

10 - We have a different in house team to support Ceipal Ats. In case of any upgradation or any bugs they take care of that as they have gone through the training from the Ceipal itself. If you need to add any new job board or any software with it they are the one's who do that for us

We have been using it from last two years and will likely be continuing it. One of the reasons is that it is helping our organistion to keep a track of all the candidates and easily fetchable. Apart from that the integration features is helping us to save a lot of time
