Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

Process mining analysis to identify SO overall cycle times, major detractors, performance indicators to track the efficiency of strategies put in place to address chronic issues, the definition of SLAs and 'goals' for multiple processes around O2C, etc. Daily Management dashboards that enable the users to prioritize their daily work, for example, resolution of blockers that may affect our OTD.
  • Process Mining
  • Easiness to create dashboards & reports
  • User friendly interface
  • Ability to connect with other systems
  • Collaboration
  • Dashboards for 'Users Actions'
  • 'Flexible' forms (user interface)
  • Cycle Times Reduction
  • OTD Improvements
  • Ability to provide users with a 'digested' view of their 'homework' by modeling the data before presenting it to the users
We are at an early adoption stage within Cepheid, however, anybody who has been exposed to the tool can see the potential, we just need to do a good job attacking impactful issues first so we can get more advocates.

Celonis is a powerful tool, I love the fact that it tells me we have problems with a certain process even when we had not even considered it to be an area of focus. It also enables us to measure the performance of any strategies we put in place to address process issues and make adjustments if we don't see the results we were expecting. On the other hand, there is a lot of room for improvement on the collaboration piece, users don't have the ability to see their individual tasks and see 'comments' where they were tagged on any record, this is a huge gap for us since we want the users to operate within Celonis for the most part, but the lack of notifications when they are tagged in any record makes the 'comments' section almost useless.
