Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
Celonis is used to support Day to Day Operations/Responsibilities, and as a tool to confirm Goal and Objective Targets were met.
- Provide a variety of Dashboards
- Allow for customizations
- Offer a slew of different reports
- Improve on timing for data transfers from other system it interfaces with
- Allow for more comprehensive ADHOC Reporting
- Improve on report formatting when exporting
- I do not have numbers in this regard.
- I can not provide specific feedback in this regard as I am not privy to this.
- Unsure of the overall ROI.
Hello, I was not a part of the group [that] selected Celonis, but I will say that it does have very intuitive reporting in comparison to similar products. This would prove very efficient for anyone who has a heavy focus on coaching based on accumulative data and patterns.
It supported digital transformation by providing alternative ways to collect data towards coaching and process and policy improvements.
