Overall Satisfaction with Central
We utilize this product to support both internal in external users. It is quite useful in preventing on sites. The product allows all of our technicians to manage customer servers and workstations remotely in a smooth manner. This product saves us tons of man hours yearly.

Pricing with Central was more competitive and the feature set was close. We did prefer some features of Control however the pricing model was much better for us with Central.
