Overall Satisfaction with Central
We use Central for support and remote access across all company computers. Central also has other auxiliary modules that make computer administration much easier.
- Remote Access on computers
- Execute powershell commands remotely
- Software deployment
- Some agent remote deployment tool, without having to apply via GPO and wait for the user to restart the computer. For example I scan an IP range, enter an administrator login and password and the agent installation is done
- The adoption of Central within our company greatly accelerated the time to resolve tickets that require remote access to computers. Since in some cases we don't even need to access the computer to provide support, just run the commands through the remote powershell from within Central
