Overall Satisfaction with Chartbeat

Chartbeat gives us a very accurate look into who is on our website in real time. It is very helpful to be able to see what parts of our website are doing well at any time and what aren't doing so well. That helps us with our next site posts.

Pros

  • Tracking users on site
  • Tracking each component's traffic
  • Breaking down where traffic is coming from

Cons

  • More detailed breakdowns when clicking concurrents
  • Allowing us more insight to website usage
We have benefitted tremendously in the sense that we can now track what our online community likes to see from the page.
It is so easy and user friendly
Because of the numbers offered, we know how to organize the content on our website and what does better at the top
It absolutely has because we now know what content people prefer from us. They like people stories the most with interesting angles.
